Class Registration Instructions

3 Ways To Register:

Option 1: CLICK HERE to sign-up for an individual monthly class and recieve the pattern with your registration ($27.50 per month).

Option 2: CLICK HERE to sign-up for an individual monthly class and NOT receive the pattern with your registration ($20.00 per month).

Option 3: If you want to sign-up for automatic monthly class registration (beginning with the following month -- or March 1 if you are signing up in February 2010) AND receive a pattern for each monthly lesson, click the button below:

Your subscription will start with the following month and continue monthly until the end of the class. You can cancel your subscription at any time following the current registered month.

If you want to subscribe but also want the CURRENT MONTH'S class, add the subscription to your cart AND click the current month's individual class in Option 1 above.

NOTE:There are no refunds for months you subscribed but did not attend.

Payments are through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to register using this method.

Be sure to include your email address in the comment field because your email address is how I will be contacting you with registration confirmation and login information.

Within 24 hours of completing your registration, I will send you a confirmation email from the following address:

registrar@simplearts.com

Please be sure to allow this email to your in-box. It will contain your login and password for the class. Some email systems require that you enter any foreign email address before it will accept it. Make sure you check with your email provider for instruction how to do this.

When you receive your login and password, go to the main classroom page and login in the fields provided in the righthand column of the page. You should then be able to view all student material as it is provided.

Privacy

We collect your login and personal information but we don't sell it or give it to anyone to annoy you with spam.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the classes for which they are attending online.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We do not store your personal information on our site.

Attendance

You are responsible for accessing and viewing all material in respect to each of the monthly lessons provided within the given month. Lessons will not be held-over beyond the end of the month or repeated until a new class session is offered. There are no refunds for a monthly lesson for which you registered and did not attend.

In the event that circumstances delay the posting of lessons and class materials, Annie Smith will determine the continuation of the remaining class schedule. In this case, information will be posted on the classroom web site.

Payment

On the first of the month after your payment transaction is complete, your login and password will be active. You and only you are entitled to access the monthly online lesson for the duration of the West Of Baltimore Block Of The Month class. You may not share access to the online materials in this class with anyone else. Doing so will terminate your access to the class.
