Holiday Craft Workshop
I know, you probably have more UFOs in your work area than you know what to do with. How would you like to work on something FUN this month that you KNOW you will finish and have it ready for gift giving when you need it?
WELCOME TO MY HOLIDAY CRAFT WORKSHOP! This year I am providing you a chance to work with me -- on YOUR schedule -- to complete as many as three different craft projects. Each project takes only a few hours of your time to complete and each is just as adorable as the next!
Just like my online classes, you have access online, to me and the project information. Watch the instruction right on your computer screen and follow along to create thes fun, simple, and attactive projects. If you miss something, back up the video and watch it again. Have a question, I'm only an email away! It's almost like I'm in your house giving you private lessons.
Not enough time to finish right now? Take your time. You have access to the workshop for a full 30 days from the time you register. How easy can it be?
About The Projects
Retro Lunchbags
With this project, the Retro Lunchbag, you have a completed gift for giving in less than an hour. Use some of your large print, wilder looking fabrics to see your bags apart from the blasé brown bag type bags.
This reusable lunchbag features a lining and button or velcro closure.
It is also the perfect gift to place another gift within!! Sneaky-sneaky!!
The project is simple to make -- even for beginners -- let's go!

Floppy Bunnies
Handmade characters are beloved by people of all ages. Create a holiday tradition in your family by creating your own series of floppy bunnies by using different fabrics, and styling them with different accessories --each expressing their own uniqueness. Name them, and they are individuals.
Make several and place them around as decorations. Make one for each of your dinner guests -- have each bunny hold a napkin.
Making your first bunny may take about an hour to make but will provide joy and memories for years to come.

Ring of Posies Mini Quilt
The last project is the Ring of Poseys mini quilt. Four small blocks with appliquéd posies and embroidered leaves make the center and is divided by sahsing and a cute scalloped border. The finished size of the quilt is about 24" square. It can be used as a wall quilt or a doll quilt.
The piecing is easy and the elements are not so small that you need to fuss with them. You could complete this project in 6 hours or less.

Your Computer and Internet Connection Are Key!
Quilting Stash Classroom is compatible with any standard computer Internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, and Firefox. Use a Mac or a PC, it doesn't matter. If you have watched video on your computer before, you should already be set-up to view the videos produced for our classes.
You should have a fast Internet connection such as DSL or cable modem access. Dial-up modem access is not fast enough to view these large video files without frustration.
Before signing-up for the class, view the introduction videos and make sure they work well on your computer. Refunds will not be given to students who cannot view the video due to download speed problems.
Questions and Answers
Q: Does the registration fee include fabric and other supplies?
A: No, it includes only the access to the video workshop, notes, templates, and teacher communication as a part of the class. You provide the fabric and materials.
Q:How long does it take to complete each project?
A: With this online workshop, you are able to work at your own pace. It's up to you to view the videos and other materials for each project and do the work. I think the average participant can make each of these projects in 8 hours or less -- uninterrupted.
Remember, you can access the workshop from your computer anywhere you have a fast Internet connection at any time for a full month. This should give everyone ample time to complete as much as they would like!
Q: What if I have trouble understanding a demonstration and cannot make the block?
A: You can work directly with me in three ways: 1) send me an email explaining your question about the block 2) visit with me during our scheduled workshop chats and seek help there, or 3) post a comment online for that lesson and either a knowledgable workshop attendee or I will answer your question.
Q: I'm not very good at technical things. How much about the computer must I know before taking this class?
A: If you can browse the Internet, you have all the skills you need. You will need to be able to enter a login name and a password to access the lesson materials. That's it!
