This is our privacy policy. We collect your registration and personal information for the use of the retreat only. We don't sell it or give it to anyone to annoy you with spam.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the events for which they are attending.

With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We do not store your personal information on our site.

Attendance
You are responsible for getting to the retreat site yourself. In some cases, Annie or a member of the retreat will informally organize a caravan or car pool from the San Francisco Bay Area to the retreat destination on the Friday of the retreat. You are welcome to participate in the caravan/car pool. Annie will communicate details one or two weeks prior to the retreat.

Annie and SimpleArts is not responsible or liable for any harm or damage as a result of travel to or from the retreat.

Payment
Within 24 hours after your payment transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation of your registration.

Cancellations and refunds for this event will be honored 30 days or more prior to the start of the retreat date - less a $100 dollar non-refundable deposit fee. Funds will be returned through the same method of payment. We are not responsible for the refund of any materials purchased for this event.

Retreat Registration Information How This Works You can either pay the full registration amount ($400.00) or pay in $100 monthly installments. Click the button below to register for a session and payment method. All payments are handled through PayPal, so you can trust all of your personal information is secure. You are not required to have a PayPal account to register but you will need a valid credit or debit card. By selecting a payment method below, you are agreeing to the policies and provisions as described on this page. Session 1 March 5 through 8, 2010 The 4 installment payment method for Session 1 is available only until October 30, 2009. Session 2 April 9 through 12, 2010	Be sure to include your email address in the comment field because your email address is how I will be contacting you with registration confirmation and other retreat information prior to our departure. Within 24 hours of completing your registration, an administrator will send you email from the following address: registrar@simplearts.com Please be sure to allow this email to your in-box. It will contain your registration confirmation and other information from Annie. Some email systems require that you enter any foreign email address before it will accept it.
